Our sound meditation will be held in MMC's Crystal Temple of Global Healing with the 1400 lb Rose Quartz Flame of Love Crystal overseeing our journey. When you register a cushioned mat and soft blanket will be reserved for you. All you need to do is BE You!
Please note that doors open at 3:30pm and close /lock at 4:15pm so the meditation is undisturbed. Thank you for your understanding & cooperation.Â

Sound: A Wave of Healing & Change
As an Air Sign with five planets in Libra, I find it comical that the only Earth element in my astrological chart consists solely of asteroids—specifically those associated with Sacred Sound, Dance, and Healing, all aligned on the same degree.
So, why share this? Despite my airy nature, for the past 30 years, I've been anchored by the transformative power of sacred healing sound. Almost daily, I’ve held a crystal bowl in my hands, allowing its vibrational energy to ground and guide me on my profound healing journey.
I have countless stories of healing and transformation, both for myself and others, rooted in my deep connection with sound. From thousands of one-on-one sound healing sessions to group meditations and even my earlier "Yoga Harmonics" classes—where I combined yoga with crystal bowl melodies and chakra-aligned colored lights—sound has been a remarkable catalyst for change that I’ve shared with many.
My perspective & my path is deeply Spiritual. From this perspective it is clear for me to see that Earth & Humanity need more of us to be conduits to anchor Sacred Healing Sound onto this planet's ground.Â
