Her passion for sharing these transformative practices and teachings is at the heart of the experience. Your session starts with a warm welcome and introductions. If you have an intention you'd like to share, this is the perfect time. Amy will guide you through a specific breathing technique to enhance your experience. She will then align the energy to your intention and ensure a protected space for both of you. As she leads you into relaxation, she will scan and balance your energy field while continuing to promote a sense of calm. Throughout your session the soothing vibrations of the crystalline gemstone bowls will guide you into deeper states of relaxation, all while she intuitively works on your energy field. As the session nears its conclusion, Amy will gently bring you back to the present moment and honor and close the sacred sonic experience. Typically in about 3 days she will share insights of your session from her perspective, share energetic supportive guidance and recommendations to support and empower you on your healing, recovery and ascension journey.
